Service
SlackExportArchive is a locally-run software tool available via monthly subscription ($29/month Solo, $79/month Professional).
You purchase a license to run the software on your own machine. We do not host, process, or store your data.
Your Data
The tool runs entirely on your machine. No Slack message content, archive data, or file contents are transmitted to our servers or any third party.
You are responsible for your own Slack export data and for complying with your organization's data policies and any applicable regulations.
Payment and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed by LemonSqueezy.
No refunds. The software is immediately usable upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this policy.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice via email to the address associated with your account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
